Central Texas Professional Counseling

When you are struggling, one of the most difficult things to do is ask for help.  It takes courage, faith, and trust to reach out when life feels unmanageable or overwhelming.  Yet taking that one step is often the very best thing you can do for yourself and those you love.  Taking even the smallest step will change any situation, and choosing to make that call asking for help will likely set off a chain of events that change everything – for the better.

With more than 20 years of counseling experience in a variety of Christian settings, Jill is an ordained minister who obtained a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling because she is passionate about helping people from all faith backgrounds deal with issues related to life transitions, difficult relationships, trauma, grief and loss, and marriage and family challenges.

Using a client-centered approach, Jill believes that each of us has what we need within us to cope with the challenges we face, and by providing you with a supportive, respectful and compassionate environment will work together with you to help you reach your goals, overcome obstacles and change destructive patterns.

Jill graduated summa cum laude from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, is a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Jill provides counseling to children, teens and adults in individual, and family/group settings, and uses individualized talk and play techniques to help clients set therapeutic goals and reach them.
