When you are struggling, one of the most difficult things to do is ask for help. It takes courage, faith, and trust to reach out when life feels unmanageable or overwhelming. Yet taking that one step is often the very best thing you can do for yourself and those you love. Taking even the smallest step will change any situation, and choosing to make that call asking for help will likely set off a chain of events that change everything – for the better.
