My Counseling Approach

Failure to connect to the people we love hurts. The more you try to connect, the more it seems like they are pushed away. Being in a relationship is hard and can be even harder when your past keeps getting in the way of your present. Sometimes, people need to work through their own "stuff" before they can have a happy relationship. And other times, couples need to come together to try and get that feeling back they used to have together. Whether as an individual or as a couple, therapy can help you love yourself and others. Many people were given bad examples on how to live and love. Just because you're having a rough time now doesn't mean you can't find true happiness. Life isn't just about suffering and you don't deserve  what is happening right now.
